I am Donald Gary Blake, and I like to be called Gary. I am a telephone man since I went to work for the Bell System in 1968 with Indiana Bell. I transferred to my home town of Wilmington, North Carolina in 1972. In 1984, as a result of the break up of the Bell System, I started my own business. I started out doing some residential work and selling a telephone system every now and then. More recently, my work has become sub contract work. I install and maintain telephone systems and network cabling in the Wilmington area. I do work for several national companies with service contracts for large corporate clients. I have experience with almost any phone system, and with proper technical support, no issue cannot be resolved.

Additionally, I use the Validator-NT Test Set for all Network cable and wiring jobs, as well as testing questionable network cable facilities within a business. This allows me to provide documented results for network cables and wiring.

I bill by the hour with an initial Service Charge that includes the first hour. I also bill for my travel time. I do not send a $10.00 per hour tech to your jobs. I go myself. And, there are potentially 8 hours during a day I can bill for, whether they are driving or troubleshooting. Please don’t ask me to travel to your job site on my time.
